As we streamline our guest experience, we may ask you to complete some paperwork for us. We also have some policies that have been in place that you may not be aware of.
Services—We strive to offer guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, please let your professional know within 7 days of your visit.
Return Policy– If we send you home with a hair care product that you are unsatisfied with, we will accept exchanges at full credit for 30 days from your visit.
Appointment Cancellation Policy—In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to our guests, we do require 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with us. Should you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, a fee of half the value of your appointment does apply and will be due before a new appointment is scheduled.
